UPDATE 05/04/21

🚪 Our doors are once again open!! We do have a few COVID policies still in effect, so please review them below. Along with these last COVID precautions, our normal policies are in full effect!

🎉 We are now allowing clients in the building!! We are allowing one family at a time. PLEASE follow this rule so that the doors may remain open.

😷 In order to continue keeping our clients and staff safe, Clients must wear a face mask while interacting with any CCEG team members.

💳 We are once again accepting all forms of payment! We accept cash, check, or credit card!

📆 We have temporarily turned off our online scheduling. We have had too many clients not show up for online scheduled appointments. This move is necessary in order to keep our calendar on track, keep appointments timely, and keep all time slots filled.

🚫 CCEG reserves the right to turn away any client that does not comply with these policies.

We are finally moving in the right direction as a nation but we at CCEG are still closely monitoring information to remain in compliance with the Governor's orders. We make every effort still to ensure the safety of both our clients and our staff. We will continue to update you here with any new information or policy changes. 🎉 CCEG will reopen tomorrow, Tuesday April 7th!

🐾 Our new hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am until the last client leaves.

🚗 Curbside drop-off and pick-up ONLY! No clients will be allowed in the building to limit the amount of contact.

🐶 All personal belongings need taken off of your pet before entering the building - collars- leash- flea collars- harnesses...... CCEG staff will be using our own disinfected leash to bring your pet into the building.

💰 At this time, payment will ONLY be accepted by Credit Card over the phone. We currently are NOT taking payment through payment apps. Until further notice, NO cash or checks will be accepted!!

📆 At this time we are appointment ONLY, we will not be accepting any walk-ins.

🚗 Pick up MUST happen within 30 minutes of being notified that your pet is finished. (This is to limit the amount of time that you and your pet have to be out of the house.)

🦠🤒🚨😷 PLEASE — If you, a family member, a member of your household, or someone you've been in contact with in the last 14 days, is showing any signs of being ill — you MUST reschedule your appointment.

It comes with great sadness to have to post this. On Tuesday, 3/24/20, CCEG will have to close it’s doors until further notice. Unfortunately, this decision was made by our Governor and is out of our control. This decision is for the best so our staff, clients, family, and friends can stay healthy! 😷😷😩😭

😊 We appreciate your support in this matter and only wish to come back stronger than ever after the ban has been lifted. 😊

🤓 Loren, the owner, will be in contact with all clients that have appointments scheduled in the next 7-8 weeks. She will do her best to make sure that rescheduling goes smoothly. 🤩

Please feel free to call 302-500-1814 (make sure to leave a message) with any at home grooming questions you may have such as nail trimming, brushing, etc. You can even message us here or on our Facebook page (click the icon at the top of this page) for any further inquiries. 🧐

📃 Please review and understand our Covid-19 policies before calling to make an appointment. These policies are in addition to our normal policies and will remain in effect until further notice.

📆 CCEG has resumed scheduling appointments online! You can schedule here or you can still call us if you prefer. We are still grooming by appointment ONLY. We will not be accepting any walk-in clients.

🐾 Our hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am until the last client leaves.

📆 When booking your appointment online, or by phone, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate you for 2-3 weeks. Rebooking your next appointment when picking up your pet will ensure better availability.

📆 Your appointment time is the time you are expected to arrive. If you need to change the time of your arrival, please let us know by calling and/or texting us at 302-500-1814.

📆 If a CCEG team member is not at the door when you arrive for your appointment, please call or text us at 302-500-1814 and we will be with you as soon as possible.

😷 Clients must wear a face mask while interacting with any CCEG team members.

😷 If you, or someone you have been in contact with, are showing symptoms of or have tested positive for COVID-19, you MUST reschedule your appointment

📆 There will be a $20 no-show fee added to our next groom if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

📆 Pick up times MUST be withing 30-60 minutes of being notified that your pet is ready unless prior arrangements have been made with a CCEG team member.

🚫 Our grooming prices are a starting point for standard grooming of a pet in good condition. Please be aware that additional charges may be incurred for extra circumstances that include but are not limited to matting, fleas, and poor temperament. If we find your pet needs services beyond a standard groom, we will contact you to discuss the additional costs before these services are done.

🚫 It is at our discretion to turn down service if we feel that your expectations can not be met.

🚫 CCEG reserves the right to turn away any client that does not comply with these policies.
